Two sets of approved building plans will be need after credit approval.

Full documentation income:

• Income: Full doc, two years tax returns / W-2's, pay stubs
• (Tax returns not showing your complete income also show 12-24 mo bank statements)

Stated income:

• Your stated income should be inline with the your occupation.

While we do not have credit or debt to income requirements, all borrowers must show that they have the ability to repay the loan and have a viable exit strategy.
