Rehabilitation –REHAB – Fix & Flip Guidelines

We lend using the Future Value or After Repair Value of the subject property.

Up to 65% of the After Repair Value (ARV)

Most lenders lend only up to 60% of the purchase price our lending goes up to 90% of the purchase price.

Investment Property Only (No Owner Occupant Properties)

Rehab Budget:

  • Most of our borrowers choose to do the repair work with their own money.
    Optional (We fund the repair cost) Guidelines below
  • Funds are quickly released in two-three draws or can be disbursed weekly.
  • As the repairs are made pictures of the property can be e-mail or an inspection will be made.

  • We offer equity driven investment finance and accept Bank Statements to Stated Income
Loan Term:
